Bloody good book

By noted English “actor, nightclub bouncer, horror paperback writer and library music composer” Cliff Twemlow.

Sadly out of print, but available in dog-eared form from the usual places. I admit that I’ll buy most books with a pike on the cover, but this really is good. I’ll be tracking down a copy of his other novel The Beast Of Kane.

Here’s a picture of Cliff.

Random line from his wikipedia entry – “The Mechanical Pike apparently now resides as an exhibit of robotics in Japan.”

Forthcoming, sooner or later, hopefully before we’re all dead in our beds.

Someday, Somewhere – short story in an upcoming issue of Nature.

Staring Into The Eye Of A Blackbird, You Can See The Things He Likes And The Things He Doesn’t – six pager in a currently beyond top secret and therefore unnameable anthology comic.

New story in Innsmouth Free Press

Wednesday, October 6th, 2010

Issue five of Innsmouth Free Press was released a couple of days ago. It includes my pulpy Lovecraftian story Beneath The Cold Black Sea.

Really nice cover by M.S. Corley.

Something Wicked

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

Dave Evans emailed me last week to say that FQP have accepted my five page script, Bad Static, for publication in their horror title, Something Wicked.

I have a lot of respect for Dave and everyone at FQP, they work their arses off to put out three quality titles.

No word on who’ll be providing the art yet.
